Welcome to the dedicated page for the youth female handball team of Handball Canada, who have earned an exceptional spot to represent our country at the World Handball Championship. Their remarkable performance in the recent IHF Trophy propelled them to the 2nd position for the Continental North America and Caribbean phase in Porto Rico last December.

 

Our Extraordinary Story:

These exceptional athletes embody the sportsmanship and talent of Canada worldwide. Their journey to this global competition is an inspiration, reflecting their dedication, perseverance, and sporting excellence.

The Financial Challenge:

However, this extraordinary achievement comes with a significant financial challenge. The estimated cost of the team's travel to the World Championship is $150,000 for the 22 team members. Without any subsidies, the team relies entirely on the support of parents and the community to reach their goal by March 31, 2024.

Call for Assistance:

To meet this financial challenge, a determined parents' committee has been formed. They are ready to seek sponsorships to fund this memorable journey.

How You Can Contribute:

• Become an Official Partner: Businesses and organizations are invited to become official partners of the team. Your support will not only fulfill the dreams of these young athletes but also provide exceptional visibility for your company.
